wa89 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through various payment methods including Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
You may only deposit funds from payment sources in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source. wa89 reserves the right to request proof of payment source ownership at any time.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted through your account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed manually to ensure security, typically within 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours. Larger withdrawal amounts may require additional verification and processing time.
Withdrawals must be made to payment accounts in your own name matching your registered account name. wa89 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds.
Deposits may be subject to minimum wagering requirements before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Typically, deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x turnover) before withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms.
wa89 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank or e-wallet) may impose their own transaction fees. Users are responsible for any third-party fees incurred.
All transactions on wa89 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit or withdraw using a different currency, your financial institution's exchange rate will apply, and you bear the risk of currency fluctuation.

Bonus funds typically carry wagering requirements (turnover requirements) that must be met before the bonus and any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or the combined deposit and bonus amount. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements are met. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited, and only your deposited funds (minus any losses) will be returned.

In the event of technical malfunctions, system errors, or communication failures that affect gameplay, wa89 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount of funds you deposited during the six months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless wa89, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms & Conditions or your use of wa89 services.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after verification, subject to completion of any wagering requirements. Bonuses and pending promotions will be forfeited upon account closure.
wa89 reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect our business interests or other users. In such cases, we will return your deposited funds (minus any losses and applicable deductions) but reserve the right to forfeit bonus funds and winnings obtained through violation of terms.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaint process, both parties agree to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant gaming regulatory authority or international arbitration body. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
